Summer and citrus fruits laced with aromatic notes of lemon verbena, blackcurrant bud and vanilla pod spice. The palate is a splendid amalgam of ruby red grapefruit, custard apple, gooseberry, nectarine and quince. Lemon curd and citrus oil, both zesty and rich, add tartness and texture to the palate which is then finished with a citric/chalky acidity.
